Apostroph in person: Tatjana Terzig
Tatjana Terzig's wide-ranging professional background is hard to do justice to in a few words! After graduating in Russian and South Slavic philology plus film studies, she then switched to key account management for her postgraduate studies and completed various professional development courses in management, leadership and sales – even managing to fit in a Swiss Army certificated course in "military decision-making methodology", no less. Following a variety of professional roles in publishing and elsewhere, Tatjana Terzig (luckily for us!) moved into language services – and 20 years on is now a consummate professional.
At Apostroph Group, she applies her immense expertise and experience to forging long-standing strategic partnerships, tendering for contracts, preparing complex quotes, and delivering customer care. She pays particular attention to understanding clients' needs – her communicative, outgoing manner and natural curiosity serve her well when it comes to agreeing optimal bespoke solutions with the client. Her particular knowledge of and expertise in the banking and finance sector means she knows exactly which department-specific aspects need taking into account.
Language-savvy Tatjana's free time is taken up with reading, as well as with strength training as a means of keeping fit. She finds creative expression in photography and loves cooking for and with friends and family: socialising is a time for letting her hair down. She's also fascinated by artificial intelligence and digitalisation, and is keen to share her thoughts with others.
This summer's amazing weather has helped her recharge her batteries, and she's again raring to go: "Autumn's my favourite time of year: it's when everything seems possible!" Who are we to disagree?
