10th International Human Rights Forum Lucerne (IHRF)

The 10th International Human Rights Forum will be taking place on 8/9 May 2015 at the Swiss Transport Museum and is on the subject of "Human rights and history".

What is the importance of the historical origins of human rights in explaining the standardised and universal validity of human rights? What further developments are emerging in human rights? What consequences does a critical approach to the history of human rights have for human rights education in schools? – These and other topical issues will be addressed at the 10th IHRF by prominent players and renowned experts in the field from Switzerland and elsewhere. The Apostroph Group will be making a contribution to the IHRF for its human rights work and will supply interpreters to provide high-quality simultaneous interpreting.
